AC Milan secured one point away at Juventus this evening and they remain unbeaten after four league games. It wasn’t all good news, though, as Simon Kjaer was forced to leave the game early with an injury.

The Danish centre-back was subbed off after just 36 minutes and there didn’t seem to be any obvious incident behind the injury. It did indeed look like he pulled something and that has been confirmed by the first reports.

According to MilanNews, Kjaer had a problem with the flexor muscles in his right thigh. He will undergo tests in the coming days to determine the extent of his injury. Most likely, he will miss the Venezia clash on Wednesday.

Alessio Romagnoli and Fikayo Tomori should thus partner up at the back and that isn’t a disaster for Milan, with tonight’s clash in mind. However, it’s also clear that the Rossoneri already have a few injuries and don’t want any more.
