MN: Giunti at risk of being sacked as Primavera continue slide towards bottom four | OneFootball

It has been another disappointing season in the top flight for AC Milan’s Primavera side and it now looks likely that big changes will be made, a report claims.

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, the management are reflecting on what to do in order to try and transform the Primavera’s fortunes and help the development of some bright young players.

As part of this, head coach Federico Giunti is under observation and the leaders are considering whether to change coach ahead of the season finale, given there are three games to go and there is a risk of dropping into the play-off area.

The team have had several negative results recently – the last one being a 4-1 defeat to Bologna at the weekend – and in the standings they are only two points above having to fight for their status in the top flight through a relegation play-off.
