AC Milan is looking to bolster its defense this summer and has set its sights on Caleb Okoli, the young Italian-Nigerian center-back from Leicester City.

This summer, Milan witnessed Theo Hernández depart for Al-Hilal, Malick Thiaw join Newcastle, and Emerson Royal head to Flamengo. To fill these gaps, the club has already brought in Pervis Estupiñán and Zachary Athekame for the full-back positions, as well as Koni De Winter in central defense. Yet, the Milanese management is not satisfied and is still seeking a top-level reinforcement.

According to Italian media, Milan has already reached an agreement with Caleb Okoli on a contract running until 2030. However, the transfer would require a payment of 20 to 25 million euros to Leicester. The 24-year-old, who arrived in England from Atalanta just over a year ago, is under contract with the Foxes until 2029.
