Milan have announced the signing of goalkeeper Mike Maignan from French champions Lille.
The Rossoneri have been on the hunt for a new goalkeeper after Paolo Maldini announced that Gianluigi Donnarumma will leave this summer upon the expiration of his contract.
And they’ve got their man in Maignan, who has signed a five-year deal at San Siro.
Reports in both Italy and France indicate that the transfer fee is an initial €13 million plus add-ons.
The 25-year-old was one clean sheet away from breaking the Ligue 1 record in Lille’s title-winning campaign and has been capped once for France.
Maignan will wear the No. 16 jersey with his new employers.
