Milan are left with some regret after seeing Milos Kerkez complete his transfer from Bournemouth to Liverpool for €47m, but at least will make a small profit from it.
The 21-year-old finalised the move to Anfield, which was done for a reported fee of circa €47m (£40m).
Kerkez spent a year in the Milan Under-19 team during the 2021-22 campaign, before he was sold to AZ Alkmaar in the summer of 2022 for what Calcio e Finanza report was €1.175m.

His star has done nothing but soar since then, as AZ Alkmaar sold him on a year later to Premier League side Bournemouth for €17.87m.
Now his value has more than doubled in two seasons with the Cherries, earning him a move to the reigning champions.

The Hungarian left-back will leave Milan with regret, but they do at least manage to get something from the sale.
As he spent time in their youth team, the Rossoneri will receive a solidarity contribution for aiding his development.
This is expected to be in the region of €320,000, considerably less than they could’ve got by keeping hold of Kerkez for a little longer.
