Milan forward Ante Rebic’s Besiktas move to close today | OneFootball

Ante Rebic is expected to leave Milan for Turkish club Besiktas as soon as today with final transfer details being sorted out.

According to a report by Gianluca Di Marzio, it is only a matter of time before the official announcement comes from Milan about Ante Rebic’s move to Besiktas.

The forward has completely faded out of the Rossoneri project since the last season and now the club will be able to save a staggering €3.5 million net per season on his salary. The Serie A side are now helping Besiktas to find the best possible way to pay Rebic’s high salary.

Both clubs involved have agreed in principle to a season-long loan deal with the option to buy at the end of it. Milan could possibly earn €2 million in bonuses upon the player achieving certain milestones with the Turkish side.

The 29-year-old is expected at Istanbul on Monday to complete his medical examinations ahead of his official move.
