It comes after abnormal vibrations were detected in the third tier on 7 April, leading to checks at the ground.
The Municipality of Milan ordered tests after that incident and both clubs have now issued a joint statement on the matter.
“We intend to clarify the recent news published by some media outlets regarding the maintenance of the San Siro and usability of the third tier,” it read.
“During the constant monitoring, a vibration was detected on 7 April in a specific sector of the third tier, greater than normal parameters.
“As a result, the necessary procedures and precautions were taken to analyse the situation.
“It showed that there was no decrease in the security of the structure and no specific measures need be taken.”
The San Siro hosted the Champions League final as recently as 2016.
