The agent of Rubin Kazan star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has confirmed that he has held talks with five clubs amid links with a move to Milan.

TMW reported recently that there are continuous contacts between the Milan management and the agent of the player, adding that he will be in Italy in the next few days to talk with Milan. The 20-year-old has impressed many clubs as a winger who plays well with both feet and has four goals plus four assists in 21 league games this season.

Calciomercato.com then added how Kvaratskhelia’s ambition is to be the protagonist in one of the ‘top four’ European leagues and that is why the rumours have begun to swirl, with Milan having a concrete interest in him.

According to the player’s agent Mamuka Jugeli – who was interviewed by ‘Popsport’ – his client is dreaming big and the doors are definitely not closed to Milan.

“There are five clubs I spoke to during the summer transfer market – admits the prosecutor – We talked about it with Rubin and the coach but the farewell is premature. He must play and gain experience. In five years I want you to play for Real Madrid,” he said (via MilanLive).

“In 2018 Bayern Munich wanted to sign him, we visited their facilities and met Salihamdzic. I believe that in the future a top club such as Real, Barcelona, Juventus, Inter, Milan, Chelsea or Bayern itself could be worthy. The important thing is not to get burned.

“Is he the strongest Georgian ever? Perhaps he is the most talented, but we have had Kinkladze, Arveladze, Kaladze, Kobiashvili… Khvicha is not that player yet. It will take a lot of hard work to reach their level. If I didn’t really believe in his future I would have already given him to Genoa or Udinese.”
