Ahead of his side’s Saturday clash with Fulham, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has confirmed that Gabriel Jesus is “ready to go” following injury.
The Brazilian striker has only just returned to first-team training after knee surgery but his manager has claimed he could be involved against Marco Silva’s side, either off the bench or from the start.
In his absence, Kai Havertz started up top in the Community Shield against Manchester City before Eddie Nketiah assumed the role for the opening two league games against Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace.
Arsenal will be looking to continue their 100% start to the season at the Emirates.
