Mikel Arteta says Alexandre Lacazette’s future has been decided

As quoted by, Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta says the future of France international forward Alexandre Lacazette has been decided and he will meet with the player in the coming days. The 30-year-old is soon-to-be out-of-contract and has been targeted by former club Lyon as a potential signing this summer. Arteta explained:

“I will talk to all three players [Nketiah and Elneny too], now or tomorrow… But we have clear ideas about what we want to do. [Their future] has been decided but it is very difficult to communicate it. To do it sooner, one way or the other, with three situations like these, would have been very, very clumsy.”
