That's according to a report from journalist Alan Nixon via Patreon on Sunday, as the Championship quartet look to potentially bolster their attacking arsenals ahead of their respective promotion pushes.

Middlesbrough, Burnley, West Brom and Leeds could all be in need of some additional firepower to their forward lines before the transfer window shuts on Monday night, and the Chelsea youngster could be a top signing to make if a last-minute loan move to the second tier is commissioned by the Stamford Bridge hierarchy.

As revealed by Nixon, Middlesbrough, Burnley, West Brom and Leeds are all jostling for position should Chelsea green-light a loan move to the Championship.

The 19-year-old isn't certain to depart Stamford Bridge before the deadline, however sources from within the Premier League giants believe there is a real possibility he is allowed to seek regular football for the final few months of the season.

Nixon states that the Baggies, Boro, the Whites and the Clarets have all registered their interest over the last few weeks, and one of them could be set to land the highly-rated teenager.

Chelsea's Guiu could be a top addition for a promotion-chasing Championship side

A Spanish youth international, Guiu arrived at Stamford Bridge in the summer, signing from Barcelona in a deal reported to be worth £5m.

Graduating from Barca's fabled La Masia academy system, he's already on the fringes of Chelsea's starting lineup, having made 12 appearances in all competitions so far this season.

Eight of those outings have come in the UEFA Conference League, in which the young centre-forward has bagged an impressive six goals. Standing comfortably over six-feet tall, Guiu looks to have the profile of a player who would relish the physical and demanding nature of the Championship, whilst possessing the ability to potentially be a class above in the second tier.

Middlesbrough look set to lose prolific striker Emmanuel Latte Lath to Atlanta United, and therefore are looking for a new face in attack to replace the Ivorian international before the deadline, whether that be a short-term loan or a permanent addition.

West Brom have boosted their attacking firepower in recent days, with Tottenham youngster Will Lankshear arriving on loan. Josh Maja will be sidelined for the majority of the remaining months of the season, however, and Baggies boss Tony Mowbray may well feel his squad could do with another recruit to add to his strike force.

As for Leeds United, they are flying at the top of the Championship, but Daniel Farke doesn't appear to be resting on his laurels.

Behind Joel Piroe, Leeds aren't blessed with depth at the centre-forward position, with just the injured and out of form Patrick Bamford and Mateo Joseph to turn to if Piroe was to suffer an injury/suspension.

Adding Guiu to their ranks would really boost their strength in depth, and would see him link up with Spanish youth international comrade Joseph at Elland Road.

Goals from their strikers have been a major problem for Scott Parker's Burnley side so far this term, with their top scorer being central midfielder Josh Brownhill with nine.

Zian Flemming and an out of form Lyle Foster are Parker's only two fit centre-forwards at the moment, as Nathan Redmond and Enock Agyei remain sidelined through injury.

Bringing Guiu in could make all the difference for the Clarets, as they look to find the goals to complement their outstanding defensive unit.
