Michael Owen asked who would be in his England starting team.

Naming the eleven he would select and in which position…

“So, I go Pickford in goal.

“I’d say Kyle Walker at right-back, Luke Shaw, if he’s fit, left-back.

“It will be John Stone, Harry Maguire at centre-half.

“Declan Rice as a six.

“Foden and Bellingham in front of him.

“I would then go, I’ve got to find a place for Cole Palmer, I’m gonna put Cole Palmer as my right sider.

“I’m gonna put Anthony Gordon as my left sider and Harry Kane up front.”

James (His Twitter bio is ‘Arsenal fan. Sports psychology MSc. Penalty nerd’ replying to what Michael Owen said on Twitter and bizarrely crying because Owen has chosen Gordon in his starting eleven, whilst leaving out Saka, even though they don’t even play in the same position…:

“Nothing wrong with Gordon, but come on now.”

A Man U fan putting the crying Arsenal fan right:

‘Are you thick? It’s obviously not Gordon over Saka, is it, it’s Palmer over Saka.’

However, plenty of other thick and crying Arsenal fans embarrassing themselves, a small selection of them:

‘Even Anthony Gordon wouldn’t pick Gordon over Saka.’

‘Picking Gordon over Saka is ridiculous and you wonder why England don’t win competitions.’

‘Gordon over saka is wild.’

‘Gordon over Saka, what a joke.’

Have Arsenal got the very most embarrassing fanbase?

It is certainly difficult to think of a worse one.

Especially with what we witnessed last season when Newcastle United deservedly beat Arsenal back at the start of November 2023.

Indeed, I don’t think they have even stopped now, over six months later. Hilariously even crying on that this is what cost them the title. Even though they ended up two points behind Man City and when losing 1-0 to Newcastle, Arsenal fans didn’t see a single serious effort on target from their team, the stats showing only one ‘shot’ on target and that was the equivalent of pass back, Havertz playing the ball straight at Pope.

So even if you accepted the crying on from Arsenal fans had any marginal justification, then they would still have only narrowed the gap to Man City to one point, when hilariously throwing away the title again.
