Messias explains why he missed Milan’s Scudetto parade via Instagram story – photo

Some fans noticed the absence of Junior Messias among the AC Milan squad who were present at Casa Milan and then on the bus parade to Piazza Duomo.

Via a story on his Instagram profile, Messias cleared up why he was not at the parade: “Since many are asking me why I was not on the bus for the celebrations: unfortunately I did not feel well and with great regret I did not management to go. But now I’m fine. Thanks to everyone, it’s really fantastic and incredible all this: Italian Champions! This is the place that this club deserves.”

If he was struggling with a bit of sickness it might be a good job he was not on the bus ride given that it took four hours to get from the start to the end, which is much longer than originally anticipated.
