The Cameroonian prodigy Boris Mfoumou has signed with Luxembourgish club Differdange 03 as a free agent.

The 20-year-old will be looking to make a splash in his first European stint, having already turned heads in the domestic league with AS Fortuna.

A fantastic opportunity awaits the young striker in Luxembourg, where he'll aim to prove his worth and catch the eye of clubs from Europe's top five leagues.

For the record, Mfoumou has already earned two caps with the Indomitable Lions. Last June, he featured in both friendlies against Uganda (3-0) and Equatorial Guinea (1-1).

Despite its structural issues, the Cameroonian league has enabled countless talents to make the leap to Europe over the past two years.

That's great news for Cameroon head coach Marc Brys, who will now have an even deeper pool of talent to choose from at every international break.
