Fallou Sene heads to Denmark

Fallou Sene is leaving Italy to join Denmark. The 20-year-old Senegalese striker has signed with Alliance Club Horsens, who compete in the Danish second division.
After coming through the youth ranks at Fiorentina, the Senegalese had two consecutive loan spells at Frosinone (Serie B) and Calcio Lecco (Serie C).
He has decided to switch leagues and try his luck in the Scandinavian country. "I received several offers, notably from Serie B clubs in Italy, but I chose AC Horsens where I can continue to develop," he told the Danish press.
The Khombole native wants to help his new team earn promotion to the top flight. It's a realistic goal, especially since AC Horsens came close last season, finishing third in the play-off phase.
