French forward Jérémy Ménez was today unveiled as a Reggina player, in a press conference transcribed in Gianluca Di Marzio‘s website in which the former Roma man stated his lofty ambitions for the club, while recognising that his career had tailed off as of late.

“In the last 2-3 years I’d lost my passion for football, to work at 100% to be in good shape. Here, everyone loves football but above that you have personal relations. I heard positive things from the director and the president, and you can’t put a price on that. I’ve received many messages from fans and from people who live here. I’m happy about this, it’s a shame we can’t celebrate all together right now but we’ll have time to do it later.”
