Memphis: Barcelona must learn from Bayern Munich defeat | OneFootball

Barcelona striker Memphis Depay says they must learn from their Champions League humbling by Bayern Munich.

The Dutchman has been in fine form since joining this past summer, and is confident that things will get better at the Camp Nou despite their complications.

"The result against Bayern was obviously disappointing," Memphis said in a news conference with Asian media. "We have to learn from the defeat and all row in the same direction to turn things around.

"I firmly believe that we'll find a way to fight for all of the titles this season. We're Barcelona and I want to help the club to turn things around."

Although he has started the season well, the forward is still planning on improving and doesn't think he's shown his best form yet.

"I've started well," Memphis said. "But I have to keep going. I don't think I've hit my best.

"I feel good, in shape. I want to keep improving. I want to keep scoring and assisting."
