Chelsea have confirmed that Melanie Leupolz will not feature again in the 2021-22 season.
The news comes after the midfielder announced her pregnancy and will thus not take part in the remaining matches.

Additionally, Chelsea confirmed Leupolz “will continue to be supported by the club’s medical staff in the coming months as she continues light training.”
