Well that’s exactly what Jack Sullivan is doing for West Ham Women.

Handed the reins to the team by the owner and his dad, David, the teenager has been in charge since the start of the season and by all accounts has done an OK job.

They are in sixth place in the The FA Women’s Super League Table with 13 points from 10 games.

A documentary about their first few months of the campaign will be aired on the BBC on Thursday and if the trailer’s anything to go by it could be Office-esque.

ā€œI suppose I’ve created an atmosphere where I’m a friend first and a boss second. Probably an entertainer third.ā€

Reports to come on whether they’ll soon be merging with the Swindon branch.
