What were you doing when you were 18?
Thereās not the time nor the space to list all the awful things you were doing but the chances areĀ you werenāt the managing director of a football team.
Well thatās exactly what Jack Sullivan is doing for West Ham Women.
Handed the reins to the team by the owner and his dad, David, the teenager has been in charge since the start of the season and by all accounts has done an OK job.
They are in sixth place in the The FA Womenās Super League Table with 13 points from 10 games.
A documentary about their first few months of the campaign will be aired on the BBC on Thursday and if the trailerās anything to go by it could be Office-esque.
āI suppose Iāve created an atmosphere where Iām a friend first and a boss second. Probably an entertainer third.ā
Reports to come on whether theyāll soon be merging with the Swindon branch.
