This morning Juan Cabal underwent reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. The surgery, which was performed at Lyon's Hôpital Privé Jean Mermoz by Dr. Sonnery-Cottet in the presence of Dr. Stefanini, Juventus' medical director, was a complete success. The player will begin his rehabilitation process in the coming days with a view to resuming competitive activity.
