As reported by our colleagues at Foot Mercato, Senegalese international striker Mbaye Niang is due to meet with Ligue 1 side Rennes’ board at the beginning of this week to discuss the possibility of accepting an 18-month long loan proposal from Saudi Arabian side Al Shabab.
Niang, who has fallen behind in the pecking order at the Brittany side behind summer signing Serhou Guirassy, is open to making a move to the Middle East despite being only 26 and also has an offer from Turkey.
