PSG striker Kylian Mbappe was furious with Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud after France's friendly defeat of Bulgaria.

Les Bleus beat Bulgaria 3-0 at the Stade de France in their final friendly before this summer's European Championships, with Giroud coming off the bench to score twice and move to within five goals of Thierry Henry's all-time France record.

But the Chelsea striker came out after the game and claimed that Didier Deschamps' side could have linked up better up front. Giroud looked visibly annoyed at Mbappe in the second-half.

L'Equipe says Mbappe was livid that Giroud claimed that some team-mates did not give him the ball enough. So much so he was willing to go public with his frustrations.

After the victory over Bulgaria, Giroud told reporters: "Sometimes you make the runs and ball is not arriving. Perhaps we could have found each other better, there it is."
