Mats Hummels OK to play vs Lecce, Hermoso still out

Mats Hummels is projected to once again start in Roma’s line-up against Lecce on Saturday.

This will be Hummels’ third consecutive start for Roma.

The defender had been forced to leave the game on Monday after experiencing discomfort in his back.

However, the tests Hummels underwent showed no injuries.

According to Corriere della Sera, the player is doing fine and eager to start on Saturday.

In the meantime, Mario Hermoso is still out.

The Spaniard still hasn’t recovered from an injury suffered in training a month ago.

His last appearance for the Giallorossi was in the disastrous 5-1 debacle with Fiorentina.
