Mats Hummels 'just loves' Dortmund starlet Jude Bellingham | OneFootball

Mats Hummels has revealed how highly he rates teenage team-mate Jude Bellingham at Borussia Dortmund.

Bellingham has grown in stature and confidence since joining the Bundesliga side from Birmingham City last year.

In an interview with DAZN, Hummels spoke glowingly about the England international’s qualities.

“He is the most mature, most serious 18-year-old I’ve ever seen,” the veteran defender said.

Hummels is also impressed how vocal Bellingham is, claiming that the midfielder is “already one of the loudest on the team”.

The 2014 World Cup winner continued: “I’ve already told him 25 times this year that I just love him. A great footballer, a great guy.

“He will go his way 100% without any doubt about it.”

Bellingham has enjoyed a magnificent start to the season, scoring twice and racking up four assists in eight games in all competitions so far (via Transfermarkt).
