Roma are back in action following their first loss of the season this past Sunday versus Hellas Verona.

The Giallorossi host Udinese tomorrow evening in their fifth league match of the Serie A campaign. Both sides will look to rebound after suffering their first league defeats of the 2021/2022 campaign.

Roma are likely be without Uruguayan defender Matias Viña, who also missed Sunday’s affair due to a minor knee sprain. It also remains to be seen if manager José Mourinho will implement turnover within his team with Sunday’s Derby showdown versus Lazio looming.

On the other side, Udinese will be eager to put yesterday’s dismantling at the hands of Napoli behind them. The Zebrette were hit for four goals by Luciano Spalletti’s men and struggled to contain the opposition’s width throughout the evening.

Manager Luca Gotti will have nearly his entire team available for the fixture, though, he may also be tempted to turnover his side as they face Fiorentina on Sunday.

The teams face-off Thursday at 20.45 local time at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
