MILANO, 2 January 2025 - FC Internazionale Milano is pleased to announce that, as of Wednesday 1 January 2025, Massimiliano Catanese is now the club’s Chief of Staff. Massimiliano has been Inter CEO for M-I Stadio S.r.l. since October 2024 and will now work closely with the directors and the Oaktree ownership, contributing to strengthening and developing the club's activities.

A graduate in Business Management from Bocconi University in Milano, in his 20-plus years of experience Massimiliano Catanese has held management roles in various companies and consultancy firms, with a focus on strategic business development, integration and acquisition processes, financial management, and negotiation and project management, both in Italy and abroad.

Starting from June 2024, following the acquisition of Inter by Oaktree, Massimiliano has been tasked by the new owners with conducting an assessment of the club’s structures and processes, collaborating with all corporate departments as the main internal point of reference for the owners.

In his new role, Massimiliano Catanese will continue to act as an intermediary between the directors and the owners, directly supervising the activities of the following corporate functions, in support of the club’s sport and corporate departments: Legal, Human Resources & Organization, Procurement & Logistics, Real Estate, and Technology.
