Mason Mount and Aaron Wan-Bissaka to receive England call ups

Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount and Manchester United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka are both set to be rewarded for their early season form with England call ups.

Gareth Southgate names his squad on Thursday ahead of their Euro 2020 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Kosovo.

According to Independent Sport, Southgate has watched Mount and Wan-Bissaka ‘on several occasions’ and believes they deserve inclusion.

Mount was included in his squad for Nations League games against Croatia and Spain last year, while Wan-Bissaka has yet to receive a senior call up.

Jack Grealish, James Maddison and Tammy Abraham could also be named although their chances are less certain.

England are currently top of Group A after successive five goal wins against the Czech Republic and Montenegro.
