Mason Greenwood is one of the players who are almost certain to leave Manchester United this summer after the young winger enjoyed an impressive season out on loan at Getafe.

The former England international has not featured for Manchester United in over two years and it has been decided that he will continue his career elsewhere.

Since making his return to football in Spain, there has been reported interest from several Spanish and Italian clubs but now, there is a twist to the story.

According to MARCA chief editor José Felix Diaz, speaking to SBA Sport, Saudi Arabian giants Al Ahli are in advanced talks with the 22-year-old to sign him this summer.

As per the reporter, Greenwood is expected to become the latest young star to make the move to the Saudi Pro League this summer.

From United’s viewpoint, Greenwood’s sale will be seen as a chance to raise funds for incoming transfers this summer, with the forward being one of the highest-value sales they can press ahead with without compromising the team.

Jadon Sancho falls into the same category, with the former Manchester City youngster also increasingly likely to leave after falling out with manager Erik ten Hag.

It is, however, not guaranteed that Ten Hag will remain in charge beyond the summer and that could have an impact on Sancho’s future.
