Lyon’s team bus was the subject of an attack prior to their clash with Marseille on Sunday night which led to the postponement of the fixture.
As the coach made its way into the Stade VĂ©lodrome, it was targeted and had rocks thrown at it which smashed several windows.

As a result, head coach Fabio Grosso was left bloodied and bandaged, having received notable cuts to the head and his left eyelid.
After a crisis meeting between the clubs and Ligue 1, the decision was ultimately made to call the fixture off.
L’Equipe report that three buses carrying Lyon supporters were also the victim of a similar attack.
