Marcus Rashford is reportedly set to double his Manchester United wages with the club preparing to offer him a new contract.

The 21-year-old’s current deal – worth £75,000-per-week – expires at the end of next season with the option to extend for an extra year.

According to Mirror Football, United want to reward Rashford for his progress and tie down his future ‘as quickly as possible’.

It was rumoured that Real Madrid and Juventus were interested in the forward as he struggled for form under José Mourinho.

However, under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Rashford is beginning to realise his potential and does not want to leave his boyhood club.

The report claims that talks are progressing well over a £150,000-per-week deal, which could rise to £200,000 a week with add-ons.
