Marcus Rashford to be reunited with former Man United teammate on Asia tour | OneFootball

Incoming Barcelona signing Marcus Rashford is set for an unlikely reunion with a compatriot and former teammate on the club’s pre-season tour of Asia.

This comes with the Blaugrana pencilled in for a friendly meeting with FC Seoul next week.

Frontman Rashford is of course set to be unveiled as a new Barcelona player at any moment.

After the Camp Nou brass reached an agreement with their counterparts at Manchester United over the terms of a season-long loan, the 27-year-old has since made his way to Catalunya’s capital.

Rashford, in turn, will be afforded a spot on the plane to Asia, for the Spanish champions’ upcoming pre-season tour.

And as alluded to above, owing to as much, the England international has been scheduled for a meeting with one of his former teammates at Old Trafford.

When Barcelona lock horns with South Korean outfit FC Seoul next week, Rashford will be reunited with Jesse Lingard, who has been plying his trade in the K League 1 since back in early 2024.
