It seems like every time transfer season is upon us, Marco Fabián becomes linked to a Chivas return.

The attacker, who is currently featuring for FC Juárez, contributed 57 goals and 36 assists in 232 games for Chivas between 2008 and 2016.

The player has never hidden his desire to return to Chivas and, once again, various Mexican outlets have Fabián potentially making a surprise return to Guadalajara this summer.

Fabián is coming off arguably his worst season as a professional, failing to contribute a single goal or assist in 14 games while getting caught up in controversy by attending a party without the permission of the Bravos leadership.

Juárez also have 50 million pesos ($2.5m) worth of debt, so getting rid of Fabián’s salary could prove crucial to their financial security.
