Marc-AndrĂ© ter Stegen has a shout for being the worldâs best goalkeeper right now.
Unless youâre Jogi Löw and donât even consider him Germanyâs best.
Ter Stegen was at the top of his game again on Sunday as a below par Barcelona held onto a point at Athletic Club.
The 26-year-old started with a stunning first half save to deny Markel Susaeta early on.
Then there was a smart stop from a RaĂșl GarcĂa bicycle kick.
But he saved the best for last.
With under five minutes on the clock, the German pulled off an incredible reflex save to deny Iñaki Williams.
A 0-0 draw meant Barcelona stay top of LaLiga but had their lead cut from eight points to six as Real Madrid went second on Saturday.
