Marash Kumbulla: “I don’t know if I’ll return to Roma.”

As the season comes to a close, Roma defender Marash Kumbulla addressed his future on the line seeing as his dry loan to Espanyol is about to expire.

In an interview with Corriere dello Sport, Kumbulla said, “Will I return to Roma? I don’t know. I really have no idea.”

“I’m here on loan until the end of the season, I like it here but then it’s the two clubs who will decide.”

”Roma? I want to clarify that I am very happy with how the team, my teammates, have found serenity and results with Ranieri.”

“And then I want to add that my priority now is Espanyol: staying up in La Liga and staying united with the fans is my only thought. Leaving Roma was the thing to do to find myself. I don’t want to be presumptuous, but I somewhat expected to be able to do well.”
