Manuel Locatelli signs Juventus contract extension

Juventus have announced that Manuel Locatelli has extended his contract with the club.

The 25-year-old’s previous deal wasn’t set to expire until 2026, but he has now signed a new contract which will keep him with the Bianconeri until 2028.

A boyhood Juve fan, Locatelli joined the club from Sassuolo in 2021 and has so far scored four goals and assisted eight others in 103 appearances for the club.

At international level he has so far been capped 26 times by Italy, and is expected to be part of the Azzurri squad for the upcoming crunch Euro 2024 qualifiers with North Macedonia and Ukraine.
