Manchester United will host Liverpool at the Old Trafford on Sunday in the quarter-final round of the FA Cup. Both sides will look to get the better of each other on the big night. While Liverpool have been unstoppable recently, the Red Devils have shown fine form and could be lethal with the support of the home crowd.
Erik ten Hag would prefer the 4-2-3-1 lineup to overload the midfield and neutralise the opponents. His men will have to cover good ground and be effective in both defending and attacking if they wish to bring a positive result.
Jurgen Klopp will field a traditional 4-3-3 formation and ask the midfielders to supply the ball to wingers. Their attackers have been in terrific form and can create goals out of nowhere. With results going in their favour, they will be high in confidence.

Manchester United
The return of star striker Rasmus Hojlund is a massive boost. His contribution alongside Marcus Rashford will be the key to the team’s success. However, Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof should be at their best to cut down the attacking threat.
Liverpool
While Mohamed Salah remains their main attacker, Luis Diaz’s role cannot be underestimated too. The performances of Alexis Mac Allister and Virgil van Dijk will hugely impact the outcome of the contest.
