Manchester United are ‘under investigation’ by Trafford Council after guests of an event at Old Trafford ‘become unwell after being served raw chicken’.

The news comes following a report from The Athletic, the outlet responsible for bringing it to light, and they add that United declined to comment.

However, there are no specific details on the event that the raw chicken was supposedly served, but it is believed United have also decied to launch an internal investigation into the matter separate to Trafford Council’s.
