Manchester United ‘ready’ to spend €90m on Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli | OneFootball

With the coronavirus stopping all football across the world, Manchester United have used it to focus on their summer transfer targets. Add to the list Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli.

Koulibaly is expected to be one of the high profile names to leave the Serie A side and Napoli are expected to overhaul their roster in a cost-saving effort.

Arenapoli reports that United have already been in contact with Koulibaly’s agent Fali Ramadani: “The United leadership would be ready to use 90 million euros to buy Koulibaly. A figure that makes De Laurentiis falter. It is very difficult to keep the Senegalese central again”.

Napoli chief Aurelio de Laurentiis admitted a few months ago that sooner or later he would have to sell Koulibaly and it seems if United were to offer such a high price, they might finally get their man.
