The marketing team are in overdrive at Manchester United.

As the 2022/23 campaign reaches the closing stages, Manchester United are doing their utmost to flog new kits.

According to The Athletic, Manchester United are making an historic change to one of next season’s strips which will see the club crest dropped and replaced by an image of a devil.

It promises to be a minimal look on United’s third kit.

Adidas release similar designs with Arsenal’s away kit this season and Juventus in 2017.

Fans have long complained about the removal of ‘football club’ from the crest in 1998, and now they’re taking away Manchester United to try spice up a design concept.

I don’t get it but the marketing team will believe they have our best interests at heart (so long as you pay over the odds for it)…

The home and away shirt will feature the classic badge.
