Walukiewicz is a center-back and has played 19 matches (as per the stats provided by Transfermarkt) so far for the Cagliari’s senior team.

United, Chelsea, Inter, Lazio, Borussia Dortmund, and Atletico Madrid have all kept their tabs on the aspiring defender.

However, it is believed that the Premier League teams are the ones more aspired to snap up the 20-year-old centre-back’s signature.

And it is thought that the display of signing the talented youth prospects would go on in the future as well.

The story further suggests that a host of scouts from different European clubs have been spotted watching Walukiewicz plying his trades in Serie A.

A source also has revealed that Walukiewicz’s eye-catching aerial ability is one of the many causes several European heavyweights have keeping an eye on the emerging talent.

Manchester United were adamant to sign a centre-back in the last summer transfer window.

However, their desire experienced utter frailty as they ended up signing none for the respective position.
