Manchester United are reportedly one of two Premier League clubs interested in a summer deal for Fenerbahce talisman Youssef En-Nesyri.

Regularly finding the back of the net has proven to be a difficult task for United this season, with Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee struggling to deliver in front of goal.

Securing the services of a top-class talisman is believed to be a priority for the club ahead of the summer window and a number of options are under consideration including Victor Osimhen, Viktor Gyokeres, Samu Aghehowa, Benjamin Sesko and Liam Delap, just to mention a few names.

Now, Turkish news outlet Sabah reports that United are also following En-Nesyri.

The Red Devils were linked to En-Nesyri last summer but needless to say, a transfer never materialised. He ended up leaving Sevilla for Fenerbahce instead.

The Moroccan has been a revelation under Jose Mourinho, scoring an impressive 15 goals and providing an additional four assists in 22 top-flight matches.

Across all competitions, En-Nesyri has plundered 23 goals in 35 appearances. He has scored nine league goals in 2025 alone.

According to Sabah, Arsenal and United are monitoring the 27-year-old ahead of swooping in for him when the window opens.

It’s understood that in January, a Saudi Pro League outfit lodged a €35m offer for him but Fenerbahce turned this bid down. The player was also not keen on sealing a switch to the Gulf state.

Sevilla forked out €19.5m to lure him from Sevilla, making him a club-record signing.

It remains to be seen whether En-Nesyri would jump at the opportunity to test himself in England if either United or Arsenal were to act on their interest in him.

Meanwhile, Ruben Amorim and his players are back in action Saturday when they go away to Goodison Park to face David Moyes’ Everton. Kick-off is at 15:30 GMT.
