Manchester United announce released list | OneFootball

Manchester United have announced the news that four players are leaving the club at the end of their contracts.

The Red Devils confirmed their released list via a post on their official club website this morning.

It has been confirmed that Tara Bourne, Jade Moore, Estelle Cascarino and Aïssatou Tounkara are all leaving the club this summer.

Young defender Bourne came through the Manchester United youth ranks but she has struggled to break into the senior squad. The 19-year-old has spent time on loan at Sheffield United, Blackburn Rovers and Birmingham City in recent seasons.

Veteran midfielder Moore has been with Manchester United for the last 18 months but has found on-field minutes hard to come by. The former England international spent the second half of this season on loan at Reading.

French pair Tounkara and Cascarino have been on the fringes of the Manchester United team. Tounkara will now look for a fresh challenge in 2023/2024 while Cascarino will return to parent club Paris Saint-Germain with the player having only joined Manchester United on a half-season loan arrangement.

Seven players have now left Manchester United so far this summer. Star players Ona Batlle and Alessia Russo previously had their departures announced while youngster Chloe Williams joined Blackburn Rovers earlier this week.
