According to RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Warren Zaïre-Emery (17) is the subject of interest from Manchester City, who want to include the youngster in a swap deal for Portuguese winger Bernardo Silva (29).
According to Hawkins, Pep Guardiola is big admirer of the Frenchman. The Premier League side are open to an eventual involvement in a deal for Bernardo Silva. However, on the side of PSG, the club from the French capital would like to extend Zaïre-Emery’s contract. It is reported that all the indications are positive for a contract extension for the 17-year-old at the Parc des Princes.
Zaïre-Emery has become an key player in Luis Enrique’s midfield, and has been described as even ‘undroppable’ for the Spaniard’s iteration of PSG this season. The youngster, who captains the France U21 side managed by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, has played in all six of PSG’s matches this season.
