Manchester City will entertain Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium this Sunday as both sides look to get the better of each other in the Premier League. The Mancunian club secured a 3-2 win against Red Bull Leipzig recently. In contrast, Spurs suffered a 2-1 loss at the hands of Aston Villa last weekend which has drained their confidence ahead of this game.
Pep Guardiola will opt for a 3-2-2-3 formation and could instruct his men to dominate possession of the ball and orchestrate some inviting chances to win this Premier League contest.
Angelos Postecoglu will set his team up in a 4-3-3 formation and is expected to ask his men to defend their penalty box well and try to catch the home team off-guard on the counter.
Manchester City
Matheus Nunes is a major doubt for this game and could struggle to recover in time to feature for Man City this weekend. Furthermore, Kevin De Bruyne will be sidelined for this game because of injury.
