The 28 year-old scored twice in the first-half at the Etihad Stadium last month to take the tie away from holders Real Madrid, and help book Manchester City’s place in just their second Champions League Final.

Bernardo Silva has already won the Premier League and FA Cup this season, and is looking to be part of a Manchester City squad which can become the first team since 1999 to complete the treble.

The Sky Blues face Inter Milan in Istanbul on Saturday night, as Pep Guardiola looks to guide Manchester City to a maiden Champions League title.

Bernardo Silva has featured in 54 of Manchester City’s 60 matches this season and the Portuguese international looks set to start against Inter Milan on Saturday.

However, this weekend’s game could be the 28 year-olds final match for City, with the future of the midfielder once again uncertain ahead of the summer transfer window.

Alex Crook reports that Bernardo Silva has informed friends that he is preparing to leave the Etihad Stadium this summer, and that the Champions League Final will be his last match for the Premier League champions.

The 28 year-old is in search of a fresh challenge after prospective transfers over the previous two years failed to materialise for the midfielder.

Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain have both been linked with Bernardo Silva in the past, and according to TalkSport, both clubs ‘retain’ an interest in signing the midfielder.

PSG reignited their interest last month, and reports from France have recently suggested that they have already offered a contract to the 28 year-old City star.

The Champions League Final on Saturday could also be the last Manchester City match for Ilkay Gundogan, with the club captain yet to agree a new deal to extend his stay at the Etihad Stadium beyond the current campaign.

Defender Aymeric Laporte could also depart the club this summer, with interest from Tottenham and Aston Villa in the Spain centre-back.
