Rico Lewis-7/10: Playing at right-back the youngster again put in a polished performance. Rarely misplaced a pass throughout the game.

John Stones-6.5/10: Not at his best as he returns from injury, was good in possession as he always is. Will be better for the run.

Manuel Akanji-7/10: A professional performance from Akanji. He rarely lets the team down when he’s called upon.

Sergio Gomez-6/10: Played at left-back and did what he needed to. A rare start for the young Spaniard. There is a player there he just needs more opportunities.
