Man Utd star Pogba wants Monaco midfielder Tchouameni 'always by his side'

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has heaped praise on Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.

The 21-year-old is enjoying a breakthrough for club and country, making 42 appearances for Monaco last season and earning five caps for France.

Tchouameni started alongside Pogba in the Nations League final victory over Spain on Sunday, and Pogba says he "always" wants to play "by his side".

Asked about his France team-mate following the Nations League win, Pogba told RTL: "Very, very good. He's not a boy, he's a man.

"It's a pleasure to play next to him. He brings a lot of energy. A lot of energy, extraordinary technical and physical quality.

"We wish him to play a lot more games and that I am always by his side."

United, Chelsea and Juventus are all believed to be interested in signing Tchouameni next summer.
