Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is out of France's World Cup Qualifiers this international break.
The all-action central midfielder, who was suspended for the club's past two Premier League games, will not play for France against Kazakhstan or Finland this month.
Pogba suffered a thigh injury in training, and video footage showed him limping off the training field.
The FFF stated that Pogba was a "victim of an injury to the quadriceps of the right thigh".
United will be hoping Pogba's issue is minor, as they can ill afford to lose more players as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer attempts to save his job in the coming weeks and months.
