Bruno Fernandes says Portugal must be about more than just Cristiano Ronaldo if they want to win Euro 2020.

Portugal are preparing for their second group game against Germany, having defeated Hungary earlier this week thanks to a double from Ronaldo.

But Fernandes says his country must not continue to rely on their superstar forward.

Discussing his captain, the Manchester United star told reporters: "Ronaldo is influential, as always. He is another one who wants to do his best and is making a difference."

"The most valuable player in the national team is the 'we'. The 'we' is the most important, there are many Is, but the 'us' is what counts."
