Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen was delighted to be part of victory over Liverpool last night.

United shocked the Reds 2-1 at Old Trafford.

Eriksen later said: "I hope this win will give us a big boost towards the next games.

"I think of the difference in intensity compared to the match against Brentford, where obviously we made some mistakes.

"But this time we got off on the right foot."
